Best practices

1. Monitoring performance

- Check dashboard daily: Review new orders and approve or deny referrals promptly.

- Track 30-day trends: Use the "Referred (last 30 days)" metric to monitor monthly performance.

- Identify top performers: Sort affiliates by earnings to recognize your best partners.

- Review pending orders: Keep the pending orders list short to maintain affiliate trust.

2. Order management

- Approve legitimate orders quickly: Fast approvals encourage affiliates to promote more.

- Investigate suspicious orders: Use the order details modal to review questionable referrals.

- Document denials: Keep notes on why orders were denied for future reference.

- Use test orders wisely: Create test orders to verify tracking, then delete them to keep data clean.

3. Affiliate performance review

- Regular check-ins: Review individual affiliate profiles monthly to track progress.

- Compare time periods: Look at recent vs. all-time performance to identify trends.

- Payment history: Use payout records to verify all payments were processed correctly.

- Attribution accuracy: Ensure orders are correctly attributed to the right affiliates.
